Travel Workout:

This is a full body workout that can be done anywhere and at anytime with no equipment. The focus of this program is to build foundation and core strength that will help support your body through daily activities. Building foundation and core strength will help with reducing or eliminating aches and pains felt from tattooing, drawing and long hours spent sitting.

Day Off Workout:

This program is a full body workout that requires some equipment and can be done at home or in the gym. Building foundation strength and core strength to help support the body with daily activities, helping to also reduce or eliminate aches and pains felt from tattooing, drawing and long hours spent sitting. This is a great workout to complete on a day off or when you have more time to spend working out.

Short on Time Workout:

This program is a full body Tabata workout that requires no equipment and can be done at home or in the gym. Tabata structure is 20 seconds of high intensity movement followed by 10 seconds of rest, pushing yourself to move properly and quickly. Tabata training is great to build strength, endurance and speed. Helping to also reduce or eliminate aches and pains felt from tattooing, drawing and long hours spent sitting. This is a great workout to complete on a days where you are short on time.
