Making Peace with Props
What are yoga props? Are they useful? How, why and when should we use them?
In this workshop style series you will explore creative ways to use props in order to modify poses and movements, for activation, support and stability. Each class will incorporate specific props such as blocks, straps, blankets, bolsters and balls, eventually working towards a final sequence using all of the props. This series aims to build greater strength, flexibility, body awareness and confidence.
