What to wear: Loose comfortable layers. Kundalini Yoga is a movement practice with a meditation in each class. You may want to cover up for meditation and gong bath so meditation shawls and blankets are a popular item to bring with you.
What to bring: Your own yoga mat if you like or use one from the studio (no charge). Please bring your own water bottle. Yoga blocks and bolsters are also available in studio.
