Then enjoy a deep relaxation and gong bath designed to clear the subconscious mind and integrate the sacred work of the day.
What to wear: Loose comfortable layers. Kundalini Yoga is a movement practice with a meditation in each class, as well as a gong bath included in this workshop. You may want to cover up for meditation and gong bath so meditation shawls and blankets are a popular item to bring with you.
What to bring: Your own yoga mat if you like or use one from the studio (no charge). Please bring water, a blanket and meditation cushion if you prefer to use your own (blankets, blocks and bolsters are also available in studio).
