Yoga found it’s way into my life in 2007, when I began my Bachelor of Fine Arts degree at OCAD University. Prior to University I had 12 years of dance training, and my body yearned to move. It soon became clear that yoga was the medicine that my body needed, as it continues to offer profound healing benefits physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. Yoga is my daily practice of connection and therapy, and a constant source of learning and growth. I attended YogaSpace in Toronto for both my 200 and 300- hour yoga teacher training programs, and will complete my RYT500 in October 2018. I am passionate about the healing benefits of yoga and continue to explore and develop my knowledge, to make yoga accessible, inclusive and welcoming for all. I grew up in Gananoque, Ontario and have spent the past 11 years living in Toronto. It’s nice to be back in the area to share what I love with the community. Along with yoga and visual art, I am also passionate about music, nature, animals and travelling. It would be a pleasure and honour to share the practice and space with you.
